FLOWCHEM make PPF series Horizontal Chemical Process Pumps are Single Stage, End Suction, highly efficient & most reliable. They are the Back Pull Out construction Foot Mounted with top centre line discharge. Due to higher efficiency & highest reliability the overall operating cost of the process is being minimized. They are available in wide range of discharge & heads with pressure sustaining capacity of up to 40 bar confirming to DIN - 24256 / ISO 2858 standards & in general confirming to API - 610 as well

Various Construction features

1. These pumps are available with closed impeller for clear liquid pumping as well as semi open impeller for liquid mixed with small size solids pumping.
2. All the IMPELLERS are provided with BACK VANES to minimize the stuffing box pressure for longer life of gland packing & Mechanical Seals & lesser maintenance & brake down.
3. Pumps are available with different flange standards like AMSI, PN, DIN, BS, ASA etc.
4. They are available with different type of sealing methods like Gland packing ( Asbestos / non Asbestos / PTFE / Graphite / Grafoil etc ) & Mechanical shaft seals ( single, double, single spring, multi spring etc ) with various seal faces like Carbon, SIC, TC, GFT, CERAMIC etc to suit various corrosive liquids to be pumped.

They are available in various material of construction like CAST IRON, CAST STEEL, STAINLESS STEEL, ALOY 20, cd 4 Mcu Nickle & Nickle based alloys, Ni-Resist, GUN METAL, BRONZE etc to suit the prosess liquid to be pumped Also only contact parts in special MOC or complete pump in special MOC for corrosive atmosphere

Being high pressure design those can be used for high inlet suction pressure
